LTG is committed to furnish timely, transparent, reliable and fair information to the investing public. Aside from regular periodic reports, we provide information on the Company’s operating and financial performance as well as material information that may have an impact on the public’s valuation or perception of the Company through adequate and timely disclosures submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission and Philippine Stock Exchange. These disclosures are posted in the Company’s website. We continually review and enhance our website.
Analysts’ Briefings
LTG conducts analysts’ briefings upon the disclosure of quarterly financial results to provide timely information on the Company’s recent performance.

One-on-One Meetings, Conference Calls, Conferences, Non-Deal Roadshows and Plant Visits
LTG communicates with equity analysts, as well as individual and institutional investors through one-on-one meetings, group meetings, telephone and conference calls and email. Visits to the facilities of LTG’s subsidiaries may also be arranged. LTG’s President, CFO and Investor Relations Officer make themselves available for meetings with analysts and institutional investors.
LTG also joins local and international investor conferences and non-deal roadshows arranged by different stock brokerages.
Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020, LTG has kept communication with the investing community open through digital channels — mainly through our emails, WhatsApp, Zoom meetings and our website. LTG also participates in the virtual investor conferences of different brokers. Quarterly analysts’ briefings are also being done through Zoom.
Press Releases
LTG periodically issues press releases to disseminate timely and accurate news on the Company. These include that plans and outlook for the succeeding year as presented in the Annual Stockholders’ Meetings, as well as well as the quarterly financial performance of the Company.
